The website

The information on this website is general information about AISec. It is not an offer and not legal, security or compliance advice. Features, tiers and prices described here may change, especially during early access.

Early access

Access to the AISec product is arranged under a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

Intellectual property

The AISec name, logo, website text and design belong to AI Security (by Design). You may link to this website and quote short passages with attribution. Other names and trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to disrupt the website or access it in ways it isn’t meant to be used. Security research is welcome under our responsible disclosure policy.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of this website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands [district to be confirmed], unless mandatory consumer law gives you another option.
